Newman & Assoc Charged my account, and I received nothing

I paid to download this safety program. This company sent me the link but it would not download.

There is no phone number to call for support. I looked at my receipt from the bank and it lists their phone number as 912-898-9091. I called this number and it is disconnected.

This scam cost me $30.00. Do not use this company.
