They offered a software to monitor children on the internet. I purchased the software plus their remote service for $29.99 and then 9.99 per month. They debited my account for the software and 2 months remote service.
I have sent numerous emails, support tickets, with no response. They totally ignored my demands and questions. They didn't have a problem with taking my money, but they have a big problem with support.
I tried to contact the company on my bank statement, Newman & Assoc in Georgia, the phone number on my account is disconnected. I also tried to contact 2Checkout.com, they are the company taking the 9.99 per month. They won't help me, they said I have to contact the company where I purchased the software.
They promise a lot in their internet web page, but they will not support or contact me at all. I can't believe I got roped into this, but since it was a way to protect my children, I fell right into their trap. I am so conservative about our money, and now I will never trust anything on the internet.
I want my money refunded and I hope someone can put them out of business.
