A computer purchase was decided after the offer of mail in rebate for 100.00 US advertised on Dell's site.
The shipment did not include a rebate form, and after e-mailing to the company, they informed that I can get one directly from their site.
Following instructions, I was told that Order No 968381591 did not exist. The purchase was ereased from my dell account. Consequently, no rebate form. A copy of the invoice was sent to Dell's mailing address, no avail! Dell maintains that the purchase "has no records". And, no rebate.
