I caught Dells ad on their internet website. Iwould get a $50.00 rebate if i purchased a dell computer. Well not only did i purchase one but i custom ordered it. My computer cost $1600.00 and i was told i would receive my rebate in about 2 weeks that was about 16 months ago.
I have called to no avail, no one seems to have the information about my purchase. I get the feeling that i've been had. To make matters worse i even bought a printer from them about a month after i bought my computer. There won't be a third item or anything else bought from dell by me.
