Rebate ripoff refused to give rebate for 512mb memory card

I ordered a memory card and digital camera from dell.com and was told there was a $10.00 rebate on the memory card. I sent in the rebate form and recieved a rebate tracking number by email.

Now a month later Ii have contacted Dell.com and asked about my rebate which i can not track online, and was told that there was no rebate on this item.
