I purchased a Dell Dimension 4700C series computer on 11/17 which qualified for a $99 shipping mail-in rebate. I correctly submitted the paper work and have yet to receive my rebate. I have been in contact with Dell numerous times through Dell's rebate status web service and have spoken with two DELL employers (Marsha 800-879-3355 ext 724-6751 and Michael ext 728-3975) regarding this rebate. Michael went as far as assuring me that I would be refunded the rebate on my credit card which has never happened.
