I purchased a computer from dell on 11-24-04. On Easter the computer failed to function properly. I have spent a total of 38 hours on the phone with several dell technicians and supervisors with no luck. Dell sent an onsite technician to change the motherboard and still no luck. Dell wants to continue troubleshooting this lemon computer and not refund my money. Dell is costing me an average of $2400 daily besides the $1500 for the computer. The entire Dell experience has been a complete nightmare from the start. Even the purchase part was unreal the way they respond to a potential customer. What is my next move?
