Dell $100 Mail in Comcast rebate not honored.
After following all steps in process or rebate form, and sending in certified to Dell at requested address, they cannot find rebate, or give me instructions on how to go about sending in new request. Agents will not give their name or supervisors name or contact information, so that customer can track whom they spoke to. I was advised to go ahead and call Consumers bureau by the folks at Dell Rebate status, and Dell rebate status people said they did not care if we notified them, that eventually nothing would be done, and we were just wasting out time in dealing with that.
