Dell offered a $50 rebate on desktop models B110 in January. The rebate form is not available until you receive your product.
Upon receiving the computer, a rebate form was printed, filled out, and mailed out within 2 weeks, along with several other pieces of mail. It cannot be submitted online.
After checking the status of the rebate two weeks later, Dell was contacted two times. After the second attempt, an email was sent indicating they never received the rebate and the time had now expired. All other pieces of mail reached their destination within one week.
