One week later we do not have the use of our Cabria Whirlpool washing machine. Sears/A7E epairman canceled two appointments and repairman finally sent by Lowe's can't get parts shipped overnight (he came out last Wednesday and said parts would be 4 to 6 days...) WE have an extended warranty, but had only had the machine less than three months. So far the customer service has been deplorable!
