We bought an expensive Whirlpool Cabrio Washing Machine at Lowes. It cost almost $1,000.00. It has never worked. We get constant error messages.
We have contacted both Lowes and Whirlpool they acknowledge the problem but will not replace the machine. We have now been waiting almost 2 months for repair parts for a machine that is still under warranty.
Come to find out this is a defect well known to Whirlpool and Lowes. We found dozens of other customer complaints online. Everyone is having the same problem we are. It's disgusting to know they are deliberately selling a defective product.
