I feel like I have been scamed by one of your certified Whirlpool dealers.
I purchased a brand new Whirlpool from Conns. Here in Baytown, TX. It worked fine for almost a couiple of years. It started making this real loud noise and then broke. I did look into the yellow pages and found a certified Whirlpool dealer that were certified to fix Whirlpool washing machine.
I have been fooling with these people since way before last Thanksgiving. They came and did fix my dryer within a couple of months, but the washing machine tooks months before they came back to fix it. They blamed Whirlpool for not getting the parts to them in time.
Here it is July 18th and the washing machine is still not
fixed and no one from the company has show up to my house.
I think Whirlpool owes me a brand new washing machine since either the service men don't know what they are doing or I have been lied to time after time.
I can't remember exactly but I think I had to pay them up front before they would do anything to both washer and dryer. I know that for the washing machine I paid them close to $800.00 and they have the money and have had the money after the first call to get them to come out and look at the washing machine. Carlos diaz is the man that fixes the machines and his telephone number is (Personal Info Removed). The company number is 281-713-2163 and I have always talked to a Jill or Karen. They know what's going on too. This will not be good advertisement for the Whirlpool Company that normally has good products and service with satisfaction. I have not gotten none of the three above. I hope that Whirlpool can give me the satisfaction that I know what I want. This has been very hard for 2 college students and mom and grandmom to have to deal with. My daughter ends up going to the laundry matt and the cleaners too. I am still without a washing machine or the repair of a washing machine from Whirlpool. All I got was the last time he came out he gave me a 2 year warranty service. That doesn't do me any good when I can't get a service man out here to the washing machine.
