I purchased the software because I liked the interface and concept and in fact I think it can really work. However, due to time constraints I had to request a refund with the intention of re-ordering when I wasn't so busy. It's been over 60 days now since I requested my refund and still I haven't gotten one.

The customer service rep told me that there is a back log of refund requests so that's why I can't get one and that I have to wait at least another 2 months. Is this guy serious? Where is the class action lawsuit?

I am from Canada and I hope that if any Canadians read this they don't get scammed by this scum bag.in fact, we stand to loose more because of the US exchange rate. It's 3000 US so when you convert it to Canadian and then back if there even is a refund, I will lose $300 Canadian. I will be writing to the government bureaus to put a stop to his campaigne here.

I searched the internet and there has been a storm of similar cases. Even one past employee claimed that I will never get a refund and that they were just waiting for me to give up. If Martha Stewart was put in Prison then James Dicks deserves a Life Sentence.
