My mistake!
I THOUGHT the representative at the seminar said that if it did not work for me send it back for a No-Questions-Asked refund. I THOUGHT he said I would get a cash refund within 30 days.
When I called after 2 months (the first of seven calls!), I was told it would be a couple more weeks for the refund. A month later I was told that there were several thousand refunds waiting to be processed and the company was having computer trouble and refunds were being processed by hand... Be patient. (If it's such a great product, why are so many refunds requested?)
After another 2 months, I was told it would be a couple of weeks... Then I got a little upset! As I now grilled him, the employee told me a) he did not know when I would get a refund, b) there was NO one in the company that could tell me when, c) there was NO one he could talk to to find out, and d) I would just have to be willing to wait until they could 'process' my refund.
It has now been ONE YEAR! Guess what Terrance (Yes, I am now on a first name basis with the guy who cannot help me.) told me when I called today??? You guessed it... He doesn't know when I will get a refund, no one knows... Be patient.
Stay away from Premiere Trade... Stay away from anything with James Dicks' name on it... It is a scam... Stay away... Unless you think you'll like talking to a guy who will give you the run-around.
