I went to one of Premiere Trade seminars and decided to give the software a try, what a mistake!!! They promised to refund my money and I am still waiting after 2 months. Every time I call the service rep says that my refund will be processed in the order it was received. How many people return this software that it takes 2 months to get a refund?
The service rep acknoleged receiving the package but no refund!!! Why is it so difficult. I am stuck with a $3500 visa bill interest! This is a one way company. They want your money and that's all. Please refund my money. I guess I am not the only one complaining!!!
