Well here we go again. Another company comes through town offering to show you how to make money?
This company is ran by a man named James Dicks and sells software called PremierTradeAI. At the seminar they said and I quote "If you take home the software you will NOT be charged until AFTER the training which is about 10 days later"
Well, this statement was said by a man named Mike Morgan and two of the men I went to the seminar with both can back me up on what he said. Anyway, I returned the software before the return date according to the rules. I then found out that James Dicks and his crew keep your money for 3o days!
The first time I called they said I would get my check mailed out 30 days after the return date which was supposed to be Nov 4th.
Well, I am now on my fourth phone call to them and now they say they cant give me a return date because they are swamped? Todays date is Nov 15th! What a scam!
I couldnt get anyone to give me their last name either. God, what a bunch of crap! Same ole story with these companies.
Although I did try the software from a company called investools who produced my refund with no problem.
It seems like James Dicks and his operation are as shady as the rest. They seem to use PEOPLES money to make profits on themselves.
Its unfortunate that companies like these are allowed to be in business and they wonder why everyone is so skeptical to do business with them.
I am contacting the proper agencies and will show up at the next James Dicks conference and warn potentials about the deceptive practices.
The software is $3000 and they hit you up with a $187 tax. So now I am stuck paying a high interest rate on my Credit card thanks to these scammers!
They had me fooled for a minute as I thought they has integrity and talk up James Dicks like he really cares about people. He only cares about getting your money as He and his crew proved it!
Dont trust them! I will let everyone know what happens next.
