I followed there rules! PREMIERE TRADE states in there contract a free trial period, in which a full refund is given if not satisfied with the product.
I summited my refund paperwork well within there time frame of the free trial period. Its been two years five months since and dozens of phone calls. I get the same response " were working on it theyre several refunds ahead of yours". I filed with bbb of florida to which premiere trade acknowledged the fact Iam do a refund. This company is ethically bankrupt!!!
