I attended a presentation of the software being sold by premiere trade to use in trading forex, stocks and commodities.
This presentation was at a holiday inn located in addision, texas on 22 jan. I purchased the software when told that it could be returned if i was not satisfied. I kept the software less than two weeks and mailed it back to premiere trade on 1 feb.
My calls to the company revealed that no one has authority to issue refunds except james dicks and he does not honor his customers by granting their wish to return his product for a refund. He does not allow his employees to make any promises concerning refunds. Mr. James dicks also shields himself from customers by refusing to accept calls from customers that want to complain.
Mr. Dicks allows customers to use software for up to two weeks, after you give him money. Then he uses that money in the business for several months, then dares to make the customer pay for handing charges. This appears very unethical. Since he collects sales tax, when he is in texas, i wonder if he reports to texas and pays them. I wonder if he report the earned income off the customer funds before they are returned to irs. I think he is performing on shakey ground.
We need to get his poor performance out to every potential customer.
