Everyone wants to know why I left CSG (consolidated Solutions Group)

I was very interested in getting into the real estate/loss mitigation industry. I found this company online and I didnt do my research the way I should have.
I gave the company the benefit of the doubt when it came to integrity and knowing what they were doing in the loss mitigation industry. I wanted to get trained in the loss mitigation industry and work at home to provide for my family. As a experienced 13 year networker, I know when something is going on with a company, complan or I need to get out of dodge and protect myself and my team.

My advise to you when it comes to signing up with this company for foreclosure help, affliate program or to work at home? I really want you to do your homework when your looking into their loss mitigation training program.

Do your research when going into any loss mitigation / foreclosure company, You really want to do one when going into CSG / consolidated Solutions Group.

I was with (CSG consolidated Solutions Group) for a short period. I even took a position as a team sales manager with the company. My job was to run recruiting calls and help with recruiting. I recruited a ton of people into the program as loss mitigation referral agent's. They have a program that really if you ask me, Falls short of satisfaction as a foreclosure loss mitigation training program or business opportunity.

With my personal experience, CSG had way too many growing pains for me. The complaint's were comming in left and right. They only have a customer support desk where you can leave a ticket and 1/2 the time they are very rude and if you are on the Instant messanger with them trying to ask for help with a loss mitigation case they will hang up on you and tell you that your wasting their time.

CSG, Had a problem paying people. They recieved complaint's left and right. I don't understand why more CSG consultants havent done something about it.

I had commissions due. It took them way to long to pay me. Everytime I spoke with Marc or Tom with the company they said the check was mailed. After a couple of weeks I was concerned. I asked them to just cancel the check and send me a payment. It is not that hard to send a payment right away. There was excuse after excuse.

I had to send them three google payment request. None of them were paid. They made me feel like I had to beg for my own money I earned. I wrote them a email requesting payment and told them I was leaving the company. I also stated if I wasnt paid within 24 hours I would make sure everyone knew about this situation. I mean, If your Team Sales Manager is having a problem getting paid, Then what the heck do you think your going to go through when it comes time to pay your check?

After this email was sent CC to Marc and Tom I recieved a payment the next morning. I had already made up my mind to leave the company because how could I promote a company I didnt believe in? How could I promote a company that had problems paying me on time? Integrity was a big issue for me.

Your whole down-line will disapear when they find it in their best interest. YES this has happen and it WILL!!! Beware!

Your cases will not get worked because again. They are just a lead referral company. (THEY HAVE NO CONTROL) You are not a loss mitigation consultant and you are not certified. Most people will just go in and submit tons of applications without knowing how to properly qualify the client so the case gets worked.

What happen's is by the time the CSG affiliate goes back and forth with CSG ticket board, they use for customer service, the person who depended on them to help them with the foreclosure loses the home due to having someone work their case that didnt know what the heck they were doing. The loss mitigation industry is something you really need to take serious. You are dealing with people's homes, loved ones and life.

You do not learn the things you need to, do a proper loss mitigation case.

I had one person on my team, he had a client who paid $1000 and still lost her home. I mean, WHAT THE HECK??? Did she get a refund? NO WAY! What a turn off. It didnt just start there.

I walked away when I started to notice the growing pains were bigger than the company and the leadership. The first thing that had me concerned was the home office, The write ups and complaints of the owner's of the company. Do a search on Tom Tsilionis, right now with a search engine and type in Tom Tsilionis.

The story all over the net is that he ripped off at least 60 business partners who paid for an Internet Portal that never was. These people are still promoting biz opportunities on the net with our money! They promised a fully functioning Internet Business Portal and kept stalling and stalling until we blew the whistle on them.

Watch out!

After I had problems with the company, I stepped down from the Team Sales Manager Position and moved on. I not only moved on. I ran with my shoes in my hand.

also. Do a research on the location of the company. They rent out a office in Humble texas, But are located in New Jersey!!! I went with a company with a excellent track record.

100% training and support
They pay on - time
They have Integrity
They actually answer their own phone calls...

ABC News was in the Arizona office doing a interview on our director and the company is actually a member in good standing with Western Union.

(You can not be a rip off in the real estate industry if you cant get a western union account)

I personally know of two people who I have sent to the attorney general. They have a case but the problem is that most people don't know how to write a good letter or they feel its not worth it.

Stand up for yourself if you are with any company and they rip you off with your paycheck, your residual or worse take your whole team and tell you to just suck it up!!! Do your research!!!

My advice... Call me and ask me why I left CSG!!!

I have no problem sharing testimonials or why I left Consolidated Solutions Group, LLC. "CSG"!

Do a search on my name anytime and contact me. I do not have any problem sharing!
