We have a Sears maintenance agreement on our 3 year old Kenmore. I called 3 weeks ago told them it was an F35 error. They said it would take 11 days to get a service tech out to our home. The day he was due, we get a call he was out sick and no one could come out for 4 more days. Four days later the tech appears and has no idea what the issue is. It was listed on his ticket that it was an F35 error. He then spent over 25 minutes in his truck looking for part only to then tell us the part had to be ordered and it could take a week or two. Obviously
Sears never heard of Fed EX or customer satisfaction. We will NEVER enter another SEARS store let alone buy a product from them. Also when I have called to escalate and ask for a manager, I am told there isn't anyone to escalate too. Great way of running a business Sears!!!
