We had an electrical issue and called Caddell Electric on recommendation from a neighbor. The technician arrived on time, was efficient, knowledgeable and honest—just as my neighbor said to expect. I didn't feel pressured by him to have any extra work done, and this has been a big issue with other service companies in the past! The price for the work done was reasonable and I actually felt like we got way more than we paid for with this company—a refreshing difference nowadays. I've already referred these guys to several people-something I typically am hesitant to do - and already I've heard the same type of feedback from them. Caddell's customer service is exceptional.
