Elite Refrigerator service fiasco Punxsutawney Pennsylvania

4 year old Kenmore Elite Refrigerator quit cooling. Scheduled Sears service. Earliest service was two the two week period I determined the problem was that the defrost cycle was not working. After defrosting, it would cool for about 4 days. I left a detailed message on line for the service tech. As to what the problem was. The service tech. Came to the house and left stating that he couldn't fix it if it wasn't broke. Again it would only cool for four days. Called 800-4-my-home to complain and they hung up on me. I then had to re-schedule on-line. Again two weeks until service tech could come. Finally, service tech came and of course didn't have the right parts. So, ordered parts, and two more weeks he is to return. Final result, 6 weeks, $250.00, much time and frustration. I will never buy a Sears appliance again. How do they expect people to go 6 weeks without a refrigerator?
