I now have a technician in my home for the FOURTH time in one month. This is the 2nd go around with parts that they think will fix my SD error code. The technician showed up and has no idea why he is there. So he is just putting in the parts the last tech ordered. This happened last visit where parts wrere put in and the tech left and machine still would not work. I am at my wits end. I have called repeatedly to the Sears 800 # and get people who I can't understand and then I am disconnected when I ask for a supervisor. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a service compnay. I will NEVER, EVER buy another SEARS product again.
