Bill Rises Monthly on a $50 No-Fees Forever Plan

I'm a senior who was originally signed up for a $50 no-fees-forever plan, but now my bill goes up every single month.

Every month I have to call or go into the store to have my bill reduced, and they always tell me it's permanent. Then the next month my bill comes in $15 more than it is supposed to be, and I have to go through the whole thing again to get it reduced. I'm sick of it.
