Called 2 1/2 weeks ago for appointment. Scheduled for 18 NOV. Sears technician checked all appliances but call was made for the freezer. Runs 24/7, temp set at zero, inside temp at thirty below zero as per technician. Technician said he was not refridgeration qualified so another tech would be out that afternoon. Never showed up or called. Freezer still broke and SEARS says they'll send technician on the 23rd of November... Have a window of 8am - 5pm??? SEARS service contracts (Freezer is covered) are useless. Who's going to pay the high electric bill due to SEARS total incompetance. All they want is your money up front... Looks like they will lose a customer after 35 years of buying their junk coupled with poor service...
