The fridge freezer was purchased from Sears less than a year, it was not working at all, no sign of power etc on Monday. We called the repair service and got an appointment scheduled for Thursday.in the meantime all the food in freezer gone. Is there any compensation for the loss? I still have to wait to tomorrow to see if it will fix right away or need to order parts and schedule for next service.
