I ordered a kenmore chest freezer online from sears.com for the price of $400 in april. February the freezer stopped freezing and i called sears repair to come look at it for $70. The repair technician informed me that it would cost $400 to fix it, and that it was not even a kenmore freezer! The technician informed me that it was a cheep off brand of freezer that sears just stuck a kenmore label on and sold for more $ and it was only worth $150 new. Sears is wrong for selling a knock off and charging consumers 3x the true cost. I am outraged that such a company as sears would cheat the american customers this way. Selling something as a knock-off is illegal yet they continue to do this without even as much as a slap on the hand! Sears is ripping off the consumers by selling cheap brands of appliance
