We built a new home in and purchased ALL appliances from our local Sears store. My Whirlpool Gold French door refrigerator/freezer warranty recently ran out. The freezer was leaking water on my floor so we notified Sears. We were advised the call would be $65.00 to come to our home which we agreed. The serviceman was here not 30 minutes and the freezer had a drained plug. NO parts just cleaned the drain. (He did advise he had seen others do this) and handed me a bill for $196.00!!! Then informed me the $65.00 was only for the drive here. THANKS SEARS! What a rip off and next time someone wants to buy appliances think twice~ Sears does not appreciate customers loyalty. That was a huge rip off!
