On Saturday November 13 my Kenmore Elite washer broke. I contacted Sears as soon as possible to schedule a repair but they could not schedule a visit until November 21 I explained the person my washer was full of water and that I couldn't wait a whole week but he told me there was nothing he could do. I told him that since I was going to wait a week to do it for the 22nd so I didn't have to take the day off. The rep said it was ok and confirmed for the 22nd. I waited and waited for a technician and nobody came. I called Sears and found out my appointment was for the 29th. After waiting for 45 minutes to speak to a supervisor I was asked for my phone number and the person hang up on me. Again I called and finally a supervisor answered me. All he could say was there's nothing I can do for you Mom, I told him I had pay 200 Usd for a warranty but he didn't care he was just listening to my complaints to tell me the same thing "I can't do anything for you. I think they should pay us all the money we spent in the laundromat and stop selling a service that they can't provide. Their appliances are extremely expensive and the quality is horrible. All our appliances are from Sears and I just have to say that I regretted. Because is not something you can afford to change every year.
