Today is the 5th time we have had a reapir person from Sears to try to fix our refrigerator. We have lost numberous amounts of food in our freezer and refrigerator. Our technican ID#724658 - CONRAD was wonderful. He was professional and also friendly and by the time he left our house the freezer was at 22 degrees. Hurray!!! We have always had Sears products but after the recent dealings with Sears appliances and service we have buying our products other places. If I could get Conrad back I would return to Sears for all of our appliances and service. Teresa Stropoli
