Advance Fee Fraud

I was offered finance by Mr. Emil Ackerman the owner of National Commercial Funding Pty Ltd trading as PSG Capital (Australia).
I paid him $45,000.00 as an Acceptance Fee based on his unconditional offer.
Just after the fee was paid he started to avoid my phone calls and emails.
His threatening behaviour that he will disclose all my personal details is totally unacceptable under any circumstances.
My research has uncovered a serpent's pit.
He has no capital to lend and doesn't even own a house.
Do not deal with him under any circumstances whatsoever.
