In November we purchased a new enrgy efficient HE2 kenmore wahser. Since then I have paid over $500 to have the washer repaired for the same defect, F24 a broken heat sensor wire. This has happened on 3 seperate occasions. The last time I complained and told I would be contacted the next day by customer serviceto discuss a refund. Sears has not contacted me yet. I grew up with my family buying Sears. I have bought Sears my whole life. I would never touch another Sears product since it is clear they no longer care about their quality or customers. I would recommend the Kenmore HE2 wahser only if you are happy constantly paying for the same repair and rewarding a company for poor engineering and poor design and poor customer service.
