Scammed out of $500.00 for a "promised loan"

I had applied for a personal loan and was contacted by a "so called employee Shawn Parker" from Imperial Trust Group in California. My loan was approved but supposedly due to my lower than average credit score, I was told that the lender was requiring me to submit a $500.00 payment that would be credited toward my first few loan payments. Once they received the $500.00 which was to be sent by me via Western Union, the loan would automatically be sent to my bank. Next thing I knew when I inquired about my loan being released, another issue. Because my credit score decreased again, I needed to submit an additional $500.00. At this point, I did feel something wasn't just right so I asked to cancel the loan process and return my initial $500.00. Not a word from anyone from this so called company. I will not give up. Money is too difficult to come by and it angers me to no end that there are people out there so willing to take advantage of others.
