I purchased a Kenmore microwave less than one year ago. About 2 months ago the microwave stopped working, Sears came out and repaired it. Now it runs but does not heat at all. Chatted with a rep, Sears will send a repair person more than 2 weeks from now. They will not consider replacing a microwave that is still under warranty without a service call. Absolutely unacceptable quality and service from Sears. I had read many reviews about the quality of the Kenmore brand but am disappointed. Very poor quality and service.
