I have been dealing with sears to have my washer Kenmore elite and till this date no resolution. I am so upset that I cannot express in words. I will never deal with sears again and hope to God that my washer gets repaired soon. I have had several repair techs come out more than 4 diff occasions and my washer is completely ruined now. It's worse than when I first contacted sears. I have been disconnected on, given the run around when someone took the liberty to re-schedule an appt without consultind me initially. It has been a nightmare! I will be writting a letter to the BBB, my DA'S office and everyone in between, I am sick of these large corporations just looking out for their interests $ and no longer in the value of long term customer relations. Terrible feeling it is to know that customers are no longer priority!: (
