I purchased a washer dryer combo from sears in april in may the item needed repairs that amounted to 1/3 the purchase cost. This is a peice of equipment i consider a major purchase and i expect item or appliances to be usable for a longer period of time than 14 months.
Numerous communications sent to sears have gone un answered. Phone calls to sears have been directed to kenmore and kenmore says call sears. Meanwhile the appliance remains broken and unused. I am frustrated, the condition of the broken parts even startled the sears repairman.
