I too had purchased the Kenmore Oasis HE Elite in June of 06. There are only three in my family so the washer has had mild to average use. Our washer came up with the notorious F50 code I contacted the new Sears "Blue Team" to inquire if the service techs carried spare parts, see I had already troubleshot the system and found either the motor control unit or the rotor sensor was bad. The following is our exact conversion, " Dear Customer, please wait while we connect you to a Blue Crew member to assist you.

(Sears): Thank you for choosing Sears. My name is (Sears). How may I assist you?
Sears: I'll remain available for another minute if you need further assistance.
Consumer: sears i have scheduled service for tomorrow for my washer, oasis he. Will the repair person bring parts? I have troubleshot the problem to a motor control board or a rsa.
Sears: Hi Consumer, I will be glad to help you with that information.
Consumer: Also, this washer is only 4 years old and I paid over a $1000.00, anyone I can talk to about this?
Sears: Yes normally the tech will carry the parts in their truck.
Consumer: Anyway I can confirm this before I have to pay for a service call that isn't necessary?
Sears: Yes you are correct because you will only pay the service charge on the day of service.
Sears: How do I confirm the service tech will have these parts?
Sears: Please be informed that the tech will call carry all the parts with them in their truck.,
Sears: Am I clear till here?
Sears: I'll remain available for another minute if you need further assistance.
Consumer: Please cancel my service call.
Sears: Okay, I will go ahead and cancel your service call.
Now this is the great service Sears is promoting. I will never shop at Sears again.
