I recently moved to Belleville from jersey city in NJ.
I was used to go to mudas that charges around $27 for oil change, tire rotation etc. And then i started going to Jiffy lube on washington ave in belleville, nj for my regular service
This was my first car i wanted to take very good care of it. They offered me synthetic oil change etc and my regular service was costing around $76, i thought that tire rotation was a standrd and was included as a part of oil change, filter check etc service and they have never told me or asked me if wanted to do the tire rotation untill it was my 5th service at this location and drove 14000 miles since last tire rotation... My front tirea worn off and had to get the bew one.
Bad customer service, does not educate them or does not provide details about what has been done anf when asked i have been bluntly told to check to receiPt for detail.
