I have used sears for all of my appliance purchases and repairs i also have referred numerous people to them UNTIL TODAY i had my refrigerator serviced 6 months ago for a freezing up drain the problem has been not as bad i did it myself a couple of times (the previous technician showed me how) now i got tired of doing this i want it fixed i should not have to do this the original work order cost me $119.00 and now they want to charge me $229.00 for the same job plus a $45.00 fan blade that broke due to the ice not a happy camper they lost me and every customer that comes into my store
