My three year old Samsung French Door Refrigerator suddenly stopped making ice - did all the troubleshooting, no fix. Have contacted Samsung, who informed me that I need a service call, and that it would not be covered because the refrigerator is no longer under warranty. Service people informed me that I am looking at probably at least $500 to fix, and that this is an extremely common issue for Samsung refrigerators.
