I have been with Sears for almost 40 yrs, every appliance in all of my homes have been with Sears. I have always purchased a Master Service Plan and have kept up with the plan for years. My refrigerator broke and I called for repair and was told in 11 days they could have someone come out. I have an 80 yr old mother who needs dairy products to take her medication, I have used coolers and kept some items in the garage since it was cold, however the weather now is 60. I have been with out a frig for 7 days now and still have 4 more to wait. Sears refuses to do anthing about 11 days wait for repair. After this worst experience with Sears I now know that I will never purchase from Sears again. Ever... Next time you are looking for an appliance think twice before you choose Sears, the worst customer service. What happened to Sears???
