I took my c 300 in to firestone this morning to have all four new tires put on, I was already missing a sensor. For one tire which we talked about. They called me afew hrs later to tell me that one of them was frozen and they had to break it to get it off. Is ther not another way. To remove these sensors without costing the customer anot her 214.00 on top of what I already have to pay? I don feel I should have to pay for something they could have called to explain to me the situation before they broke it
