A Sears technician came to repair our Kenmore clothes washer on 9/3/09. The technician was prompt, not keeping us waiting a whole day, very efficient and well trained and knowledgeable in repairing our washer. The job was well done and the technician explained what was wrong and what he did to repair the washer. The technician was very polite, well trained and courteous. An asset to the Sears Repair Service.
