Repair service of Kenmore Elite Washer taking too long - Kenmore Elite Washing machine

I have been waiting for my Kenmore Elite Calypso washer (6 years old) to be repair for over a month.

Oct 8th - repairman comes to look at problem. Order filter to fix problem.
Oct 15 - Part sent to me the following week. Repairman comes to repair.
Oct 16 - use washer, it is not fixed.
Oct 16 - call sears. Set up date Oct. 18 for a new visit from repairman.
Oct 18 - new repairman comes to look over machine. Order part, make an appointment for Oct 25th.
Oct. 22 - sears repair informs me that parts have been delayed and should be sent the following week so Nov 6th.
Nov 1st week, still no parts - reapir appointment extended to Nov. 13.
I called Sears Repair, today Nov. 12th, and I was informed that one part will not be sent until Nov 20th. No repair date was given to me.
This has been a very frustrating experience and my machine has been waiting for repair for almost 2 months.

All I wanted was to have my washer fixed within a reasonable time. I have been very patient and now I am at wits end. I am very disappointed in the quality of service and the time it is taking to repair a Sears brand appliance that is only 6 years old!
