As long as we have been customers of yours, we have recently been very unsatisfied with your repair service. The repairman was very friendly; however your scheduling to repair our washer has been ridiculous. Our less than 1 year old (April) Kenmore washer has a motor that died on Saturday, 2-12-11. Because the motor died in the middle of a our wash cycle, we have standing water in our washer. You couldn't send a repairman to my home until Tuesday, 2-15-11, in which he ordered a new motor and other parts. We are schedule for Tuesday, 2-22-11 to have the repairs completed; however the repairman (we have his name & Tech. ID # if needed) stated if the parts came in before the 22nd, to call your 800 number for a possible earlier date. We received the parts today, 2-18-11; called Sears ; and no one can seem to get to us earlier than the 22nd between 1 & 5. We still have standing water in our 10 month old machine, and my laundry is piling up.in the past your services with our appliances have been fast and great. This time has been a very bad experience.By the time your repairman gets to our home on the 22nd it will be over a week of water sitting in our machine, and the inconvenience of overflowing laundry. We would appreciate someone responding back to us promptly to let us know what can be done about this. We are not ones to complain, but this has been the worst service we have ever had from you. We know you have your policies, but for all the inconveniences and water sitting in our machine causing futher damages... We would like to have a new washing machine in our home...
