Sears MY HOME Repair service

This is the second time this has happened so "shame on me" for thinking thing might not be the same. I called and scheduled repair for my clothes dryer and dishwasher. It took 2 weeks before anyone would "be in the area", so I scheduled and took the day off work because their time scheduled is 8am-5pm that day. The repairman came on the scheduled day and then says he doesn't have the parts required for either and they will be ordered and I am to call and set up another appointment when the parts arrive (not to mention you give information of what is going on with the appliance when you schedule the appointment so you think they may have an idea of what they need, you tell them the make and model prior so they might be prepared&WRONG). The Parts did come in the end of the next week and I phone 1-800-MY-HOME. I can't get appointment for someone to be back in "the area" for another 2 weeks. Are you kinding me!!! They get your billing info with the first appoitment or I would not have let him conitnue. Its paid for so YOUR STUCK with SLOW service that is substandard for the amount of money you pay. Not to mention 2 days off of work. I will never use this servise again and I advise anyone else to find an independant repairman. Even if it is more expensive it is sooooo not worth the hassle. I should have bought new and said forget SEARs!!! It was bad.
