I purchased THREE year warranty for a cooking range. And I scheduled a repair appointment. I got the confirmation number with all details of this repair appointment as follows

Guys shows up at 9:00 AM and found that that he is refrigerator guy and he can do maintenance only to see if it is powering on. He said Sears sent the wrong guy. What a moron who came and the one who sent. Then he said he will schedule another appointment with Technician. So he scheduled another appointment. I had to take a half day off from work just to see that idiot who will say i came but now you have to take another half day off. Another guys was supposed to show up between 1-5PM, but almost 4:30 and no show. I explained the guy what the problem is and i hope he passed the right information and the technician shows up with right parts. But i doubt the guy came hear had such a attitude that he does not care it is not his job and not willing to listen also. Talk to next guy who come in, repair guy, i am maintenance guy.

I was wondering if anyone else has the experience that you have to loose half day of wages becoz of sears foolishness. And body know their complaint number, address or fax where I can request them to compensate for lost wages. Or anyone else has similar experience please share that with me and any pointers where to file such complains.
