I want to commend Andrea to you as a extraordinary tech support person. I have worked with four other techs (all from the PN location) that were unable to connect to my computer to take control of it to solve my problem. Andrea did it immediately.
She is clearly head and shoulders above most tech support people. I was so lucky to get her. I had just spent an hour on the phone with a tech suport person who was so frustrated with his inability to take control of my machine that he just hung up on me without even giving me a case number.
You should promote Andrea to training the other suport techs that you have hired so that they can also do their jobs.
You have no idea how dismayed I have been ith HP Support in the past.
