HP Hewlett Packard Did not listen to one word I said, it was like talking to a Brick Wall or Computer!

I have called 3 times a total of 6.25 hrs total. My call was because my network card on the printer was not working. I troubleshooted it 3 times with 3 different operators telling them the exact same thing 3 times. The last operator hung up on me and i was so frustrated I haven't called back yet and my printer is useless. The hang up was definitely on purpose because the tech had no where else to go with the conversation, her could not fix it. I kept my cool and was very polite even after 6 hrs. I just can't waste any more time and when I call I know that is what is going to happen. My company has 2 Indigo machines and several HP printers, we have spent well over 200,000 with this company and this is the treatment I get. I will never purchase an HP product again, their customer support and tech's are the worst I have ever come across!!!
