I ordered a part for my Kawasaki through this individual on EBay. I made a prompt payment and never received my order. Over 2 weeks later, I emailed this individual requesting that I either receive a refund or that he promptly ship my merchandise out to me. I then receive an unprofessional email reply from him, telling me to call him so he could issue the refund. Being I work all week during his business hours and did not have time, I replied back to his email and advised him that the charge was through Pay pal and all he needed to do was issue a refund through Pay pal. I receive a sarcastic email back telling me I had to call him in order for the refund to be issued. My fianc called the company and spoke to Craig who was extremely rude and sarcastic; he was referring to me as a wise@ss from EBay who has been sending him smart@ss comments. He told my fianc to wait a week and a refund would be submitted then hung up on her. 2 days later, no refund, so I filed a report with Pay pal to push the refund process.
I then look up on my EBay feedback and the following feedback was left on my account from Craig:

Completely shocked that this individual would be so unprofessional and childish rather than just issuing the refund for a product that was never shipped or received, I filed a report with Square Trade and requested that a mediator step in the resolve the issue. Mediation attempts through the mediator failed because Craig refused to work with Square Trade and refused to remove the negative feedback wrongly submitted by him from my EBay account.
Reviewing EBay, it is quite clear that other EBay members have experienced the same issues with Craig:

If you value your money and expect the best, I highly recommend that you stay away from this individual and his company. I own a web design corporation and understand the value of high customer service standards. If you do consider doing business with him, I would strongly advise you to call him and speak to him yourself, so you can understand the childish mentality of this individual. $80 is not putting me out, but I can guarantee you, that this is not over and this refund issue is going to cost Craig a lot more time and aggravation than it would have caused by simply issuing a refund. I have plenty of time to be filing additional reports with the Department of Consumer Affairs, FTC and the Better Business Bureau.
